Ky Rants - 2 Women Arrested For Throwing Baby Outside Florida Bar

So here I was minding my business online,
going through articles and reports for my next LaM episode when I came across this and I have to stop everything I was doing because WT all the F’s. The headline that stopped me dead in my tracks reads, “Two women charged after allegedly throwing a baby back and forth outside of Florida bar.“

Now it made me stop because I’m like, are they misunderstanding? Maybe they were, you know how you tossed a baby up in the air and like, “Hey, yay, woo!” You know what I’m saying? Not literally throwing
it like it’s a football or something? So I was like, maybe I’m hoping they misunderstood and just arrested them off of a misunderstanding and so I haven’t even read it. I just came literally to hit record and I was like, we’re gonna read this together because if it’s what I think it is,
if it’s what I hope it’s not, so let’s get into this together.

Two friends, Sierrah Newell who’s 20 and Brianna LaFoe who’s 19, so grown-ass people who should know better were arrested last week after witnesses saw them aggressively, well I must say quote,
quote, aggressively handling a baby outside of a bar. Now this happened on September 14th and it was going on in Daytona Beach. Police were called out to the coyote ugly saloon a little bit after midnight when they arrived and they spoke to witnesses who said that these two women were aggressively handling a baby basically quote throwing him in the air, flipping him upside down and tossing him back and forth like a toy. What the hell? Throwing him into the air, flipping him upside
down and tossing him back and forth like a toy. But that could mean anything because you could just be you know how okay I can’t even explain it. You all know what I’m talking about when you just toss a baby in the air and catch it toss them in the air and catch it. I don’t know about the flipping him upside down thing like were you just leaving him upside down and just shaking him or something? And then even the tossing him back and forth you could just be like catch yay yay we we and it could
be fun. Was the baby crying? Was the baby laughing? Okay it says this incident was reportedly caught on video by a witness who claimed that Brianna tried to stop them from recording.

When the person wouldn’t stop recording allegedly she hit that witness. In the meantime Sierra who was on crutches
at the at that point was allegedly threatened into hit by standards as well. So according to the report police said they saw the video and alleged that they saw Sierra aggressively swinging the baby up and down. They also alleged that they saw Brianna holding the baby upside down and shaking him over concrete. Okay well I guess that answered my question. The baby was taken to a local hospital with red marks on his back and X-ray photos showed that he possibly has a broken arm.

It is unknown if Brianna and Sierra were even related to the baby or you know what their overall relation is with this baby why they even had the baby and they were arrested and taken into custody on charges
of child abuse. Brianna also faces a charge of misdemeanor battery. Both of them are being held without bond and we don’t even know if they have attorneys or enter the plea deal or anything like that yet.

So wow I really want to I don’t know what you were doing. Were they drunk? Because they were at a bar what were they doing at a bar of a baby? Why was the baby out at it’s so many questions.

It’s midnight. Why is this little baby out? Who are you to this baby? Is one of them the mother or you all or baby sitting? Why do you have a baby at a bar? And why are you tossing a baby back and forth between somebody who was who was on crutches? Okay this is getting worse and worse the more I think about it.
