In our latest bonus episode, we delve into a harrowing story that unfolded in Nacogdoches, Texas. On October 28, 2021, a 30-year-old man named Blake Foxworth made a chilling 911 call, confessing to stabbing his father during an argument.
When the police arrived at the Foxworth home, they found George Foxworth, Blake’s 53-year-old father, on the couch, covered in blood. Despite the efforts of emergency services, who rushed him by helicopter to a hospital in Tyler, Texas, George succumbed to his injuries. The autopsy later revealed that he had been stabbed multiple times, and his throat had been cut—a stark contrast to Blake’s initial claim of a singular stabbing.

Blake was arrested and charged with first-degree felony murder and first-degree felony aggravated assault. On November 15, 2023, he pled guilty to murder and received a 40-year prison sentence, with 749 days credited for time already served since his arrest.
