The Attack on Pali Puka Trail in Hawaii

On a Monday morning in March 2025, hikers on Hawaii’s Pali Puka Trail heard a woman screaming for help.

When one of them reached the top of the trail, she saw 36-year-old Arielle Konig on her back with her husband, 46-year-old anesthesiologist Dr. Gerhardt Konig, straddling her and repeatedly striking her in the head with a rock.

“He is trying to kill me. He is hitting me in the head with a rock,” Arielle screamed.

Gerhardt stopped only when he realized he had been seen. Then he ran.

Arielle was rushed to the hospital with multiple lacerations to her face and head, a broken thumb, and injuries requiring surgery. Police began searching the area near Nuʻuanu Pali Lookout.

Who Are Arielle and Gerhardt Konig?

Arielle and Gerhardt had been married since October 5, 2018. They had two young children and lived in a $1.5 million Maui home.

From the outside, they appeared to be a high-achieving professional couple. Arielle worked in nuclear engineering and had an MBA. Gerhardt was a respected anesthesiologist who previously worked at UPMC in Pittsburgh before relocating to Hawaii.

But by late 2024, according to court filings, their marriage had deteriorated. Arielle alleged Gerhardt accused her of having an affair, became increasingly jealous, monitored her communications, and sexually assaulted her for months before the attack. They began therapy.

What Investigators Say Happened

On March 24, 2025, while celebrating Arielle’s birthday weekend on Oahu, Gerhardt suggested hiking the technically closed Pali Puka Trail. Arielle later told investigators she felt uneasy.

At a narrow section near a cliff edge, she said Gerhardt tried to force her toward the drop. When she resisted, he allegedly pushed her into bushes, shouted at her, and then grabbed a jagged lava rock, striking her approximately ten times.

She told police he then pulled two syringes from his bag and attempted to inject her. She fought back and threw one syringe away.

While hiding from police for hours, Gerhardt allegedly FaceTimed his adult son from a previous marriage and said, “I just tried to kill Ari, but she got away.”

Charges, Arrest, and Trial Updates

He was arrested that evening. His reported first words: “Wait, she’s not dead?”

Gerhardt was indicted on March 28, 2025 for second-degree attempted murder. His $5 million bond was later revoked due to flight risk concerns and ties to South Africa.

In February 2026, a Hawaii judge denied most of the defense’s motion to permanently seal allegations from Gerhardt’s ex-wife contained in a prosecution filing. Jury selection is scheduled for March 9, 2026.

Gerhardt has pleaded not guilty.

Patreon.com uh, loveandmurder now, uh, without further ado, let’s get back into this case of love and murder. The woman on the ground was 36 year old Arielle Konig and the man attacking her was her 46 year old husband, Dr. Gerhardt Konig. Arielle was bleeding, terrified and struggling to stay conscious. The hikers stayed with her and kept shouting that police were on the way. That’s when Gerhardtt ran. By the time emergency responders arrived, they found her in serious but stable condition and rushed her to the hospital. She had multiple large lacerations to her face and head, a broken thumb, and injuries that would require surgery. I’m thankful that’s all that was wrong with her. Police began searching the area for Gerhardtt, who had disappeared into the brush near the trail. Arielle and Gerhardtt had been married since October 5, 2018. On social media, Gerhardtt once called their wedding the best day ever. It’s the best day ever. Sorry, SpongeBob. They had two young children together, ages 2 and 4, and lived in Maui in a $1.5 million home. From the outside, they looked like a high achieving professional couple. Arielle worked in nuclear engineering. Wow, she’s brilliant. And studied at Penn State, later earning an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and spent more than a decade working in fuel engineering before joining TerraPower in 2022. Gerhardt was an anesthesiologist before moving to Hawaii. He had a distinguished career in Pittsburgh working at UPMC as an attending AH Anesthesio from 2016 to 2023 and served as an assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh. His coworkers at the time described him as friendly and quiet. He authored multiple research papers and earned more than $255,000 in 2022. Wow. After relocating, he worked as a partner with Anesthesia Medical Group, providing services to Maui facilities. His Hawaii medical license was active at the time of the attack. However, the glamorous life they portrayed on social media, which their social media was full of pictures of them together and just looking like a happy family, began to crumble in late 2024. According to Arielle, Gerhardtt accused her of having an affair in December which triggered a period of extreme Jealousy and attempts by him to, quote, control and monitor all of her communic. Now this is him thinking she had an affair. I did not say she had an affair. He accused her of having an affair. So I just want to make that clear. Arielle also alleged in later court filings that Gerhardtt had been sexually abusing and assaulting her for months before the attack. In an effort to save their marriage, they both began individual and couples therapy. People close to the couple said that they saw none of it. Their housekeeper said she was shocked, describing them as polite, loving and calm. No one, uh, reported seeing anger or violence before. By March 2025, things seemed to be improving through therapy, and Gerhardtt suggested a weekend getaway to Oahu to celebrate Arielle’s 36th birthday. They left their children on Maui with a nanny and family and traveled to Oahu on March 23rd. The next morning, March 24th, Gerhardtt suggested they go hiking at the. I might say this incorrectly. Nu nu nuanu. Pali Lookout. I think that’s how you say it. They ended up on the Palipuka Trail, an area known for steep drops and technically closed to the public because of unsafe conditions. Arielle later said that she felt uneasy and didn’t want to continue. She told investigators that Gerhardtt walked ahead and then came back to get her. At the narrow section near a cliff, Gerhardtt asked Arielle to take a selfie with him. She said she felt uncomfortable being that close to the edge and refused. She turned to walk away, but Gerhardtt yelled at her to come back. When she didn’t, he grabbed her upper arms and pushed her into nearby bushes, shouting, get back over there. I’m so effing sick of you. Arielle said she initially thought that he was joking. Then she realized he was serious and trying to make her fall off a cliff. Uh, I can’t imagine. Can you imagine the sheer terror? There’s nobody around, nobody there to help you. It’s just a cliff. Oh, my God. Your children. I couldn’t even imagine. She dropped to the ground to protect herself. As they wrestled to the ground, Gerhardtt allegedly grabbed a soft ball sized jagged lava rock and bashed Arielle in the head approximately 10 times while also pulling her hair and smashing her face into the ground. Uh, then he reached into his bag. Arielle said Gerhardtt pulled out two syringes and tried to inject her with an unknown substance. Now remember what he was. And she knew. She knew he was an anesthesiologist and had access to potentially lethal medications. She fought back, bit his arm, grabbed one of the syringes and threw it away from him. That was when the hikers arrived. Uh. Oh, uh. I couldn’t even imagine. While police searched the area, Gerhardtt stayed hidden. He concealed himself in bushes near the trail for hours. During that time, he FaceTimed one of his adult children, one of his sons from a previous marriage. Quote, I, uh, just tried to kill Ari, but she got away. And. And he added that he was turning off his phone so the police could not track him. Okay, pause here. Look, you know, your dad just went on a vacation with his current wife, and you get a call from your dad saying, hey, I just tried to kill, uh, my current wife. I’m going to turn off the phone so the police can’t track me. Okay? I’ll be in contact. What are you doing? What are you doing? That situation, I don’t even know. Oh, my God. The terror his son must have felt. Why would you call your son and put that on him? The Honolulu Police Department issued a bulletin warning the public not to give rides to strangers and searched for the five, nine doctor throughout the day. Gerhardtt hid in the bushes until nightfall, and seven to eight hours after the attack, was eventually spotted near the pali highway around 6:45pm After a brief foot pursuit. He ran. Basically, he ran. That’s what that means, he ran. So after a brief foot pursuit, he was arrested. At the time of his arrest, he was described as wearing a light gray shirt and blue shorts and carrying a black bag. His first words were. This is his first words. These are his first words. Quote, wait, she’s not dead. Ugh. Uh. The gumption, the cajones, the balls. Ugh. Uh. Gerhardtt was indicted on March 28th and charged with second degree attempted murder. Second degree. He was initially held on a $5 million bond, but this was later revoked, which means that he was now held without bail. A judge did this because they labeled him as a flight risk due to his ties to South Africa, where he was born, and that he was a danger to Arielle. He faced the possibility of life imprisonment if convicted. Three days after the attack, while Ariellele was packing to return to Honolulu for grand jury proceedings, she found a Nike fanny pack in their Maui home. Inside were syringes, needles, and anesthesia medications, including Propofol. Can you tell me of any reason for a doctor to be carrying those drugs in a personal bag? Now, I could understand if he was like a GP and he had, I don’t know, aspirin, uh, Tylenol, you know, stuff like this. But, uh, can you please explain to me why you would think that on a trip you would need any kind of anesthesia. Like do you just. Well, maybe she would fall and break her leg. Like, why would you. Then you take her to the hospital down there? Like, why would you think you need anesthesia to go to Hawaii with your wife and your family? Arielle filed for divorce and requested a temporary restraining order saying that Gerhardtt had attempted to kill her and that she fared for herself, their children and her family. As you should. As you should. The restraining order request included protection not only for Arielle and the children, but also for her parents, her stepfather, Gerhardtt’s 19 year old son, and even her dog. Look, I’m going to get protection for the neighbor, the mailman, the UPS guy, probably, probably my son’s second grade teacher. Look, everybody, everybody that Gearhart has ever talked to allegedly is going under this order of protection. That’s what it sounds like to me. But I’m not laughing at her. Look, she is doing her due diligence. I would have done the same thing because that is crazy. Can you imagine coming back home after you survived what your husband allegedly tried to do? Can you imagine that? What would be the steps that you would take once you survived, you came back home? Think about and tell me in the comments, what steps would you take? During subsequent court hearings, Gerhardtt pleaded, of course. What do you think he pleaded? Lams. Tell me, what do you think he pleaded? That’s right. Not guilty. His attorney, Thomas Otake, framed it as a, quote, substantive response to the allegation and said there were, quote, two sides to every story. I mean there were witnesses. So there’s actually what, three sides, four sides. Three on the woman’s side and one on the dude’s side, which is the dude himself. And that the case would ultimately be a, uh, quote, he said, she said trial. No, it wouldn’t. It would be a, uh, she said, she said, she said. And he said trial because she said he was doing this. Then the witness who came around the bend and saw him doing this would say he was doing this. And then the uh, other witness who came around the bend and saw him doing this said he was doing this. And then it would be a, uh, he said, allegedly they said that this was something closer to a misunderstanding than an attempted execution. If that’s a misunderstanding that I have in my marriage, that my husband is bashing me in the head with a rock, I don’t want the marriage. You can keep it. You keep the marriage. I don’t want it. They described their weapon as a Quote, very small rock and argued that Arielle’s injuries did not meet the legal threshold for life threatening harm, pointing to medical records from Queens hospitals that described no substantial risk of death. I don’t care if you were beating me in the head with a grain of sand. You were beating me in the head. Uh, I don’t care. I don’t care if it was an imaginary pet rock that you were beating me in the head with. You were beating me in the head. So I’m sorry, size matters when it comes to other things, but the size of the rock that you’re beating me in the head with doesn’t matter. Regarding the drugs found at the home M. Huh? Let’s hear this. Attorney Otake. And you know what? I might be saying his name wrong. It’s O, T, A K, E. It could be Otake. I’m figuring it’s Otake, so forgive me if that’s not how you pronounce your name. But anyway, attorney Otake argued, quote, that’s not unusual that a doctor who practices medicine would have drugs, noting that none of those substances were found at the scene of the attack on Oahu. I mean, again, it’s not unusual for a doctor who practices medicine m. To have drugs with him. Yes, it is kind of unusual for an anesthesiologist to have anesthesia with him because can you point out one reason, uh, if your entire family is healthy, that you would need to have anesthesia with you on vacation? I could be wrong if for some reason an anesthesiologist listens to my podcast. First of all, I’m very humbled to have you here and welcome. Thank you. Thank being a lamb. But second, let me know in the comments below how many times you traveled with anesthesia on you. Maybe I’m wrong. And if I’m wrong, I will come back on the next episode and say, I’m sorry I’m wrong. I don’t mind saying I’m wrong. The prosecution argued that the attack was premeditated and involved three separate attempts to kill, number one, push an Arielle off of a cliff, number two, beating her with a rock, and then, number three, trying to inject her with drugs. Prosecutors used fanny pack discovery as evidence that he was stashing lethal substances. They emphasized that Gerhardtt had hidden from police for hours after the attack and had admitted to his adult son that he tried to kill her. Oh, yeah, I forgot about that. So what are you talking about? It’s a he said. Like he literally said so. It’s a he said. He said he said, literally, he told his son. And then, uh, they also pointed to his question after the arrest. Remember, he said, wait, she’s not dead. So what are you talking about? Defense? So this is what they brought forth as evidence that survival was not part of the plan and that this was not a misunderstanding. I’m sorry. I was trying to hit that bee off of your forehead with this rock. Complete misunderstanding. When Arielle appeared in court to face Gerhardtt for the first time since the attack, she was still, uh, visibly injured. She wore a headscarf with a bandage cut above her right eye. When the judge asked whether the statements in her restraining order petition were true, she simply answered, yes. But while Gerhardtt remained in custody, Arielle agreed to dissolve the temporary restraining order without prejudice. I wonder why they didn’t allow her to move forward with the restraining order. I mean, I guess because he’s in jail without bail. I don’t know. Her attorney explained the decision, saying that there was no reason to force her to testify again at a restraining order hearing when she would already be required to testify in a criminal trial. Okay, I. I guess the judge made clear that Arielle could reapply for protection if Gerhardtt’s custody status had ever changed. Okay, so, yeah, I get it. So, yeah, like I said, it’s because he’s jail without bail. So he’s in there, um, and if he ever gets out, then the judge said that she could reapply. Okay, I got it. Then another legal fight soon followed. In July 2025, Gerhardtt’s defense team subpoenaed Arielle’s phone and social media records. Otake attorney. Attorney Otake argued that the records were necessary to build a defense in a case carrying a potential life sentence. Arielle’s attorney objected, saying the request violated her privacy and re traumatized a victim who had already survived a violent assault. I agree. Why do you need her stuff for? The only one you need stuff for is Gerhardtt. So the judge allowed, uh, limited access, but required the defense to provide specific justification for what they were seeking. The judge told them that broad fishing expeditions were not allowed. Meanwhile, Gerhardtt was suspended from medical practice, and Maui Health confirmed the suspension and said they were cooperating with authorities. His former colleagues said they were shocked by the allegations. His ex wife and her current husband released a statement saying that they were, quote, shocked and saddened, and their hearts were with Arielle. Through all of it, uh, Arielle focused on her recovery and her children. She sought full custody of their two young kids and continued healing from both the physical injuries and the trauma of what happened on the trail. Her attorney asked the public and media to respect the family’s privacy as a divorce and criminal case played out in parallel. As of the most recent proceedings, Gerhardtt remains held without bail at Oahu Community Correctional Center. His trial was scheduled for June 9, 2025, initially. Then it was pushed back to September 1, 2025, and then it was pushed back again to March 9, 2026. In the meantime, though, on February 5, 2026, a Hawaii judge just rejected an attempt to permanently seal a court filing that includes misconduct accusations from his ex wife dating back to 2009 through 2014. Attorney Otake had filed an emergency motion asking the court to permanently seal what’s called the state’s third notice of intent to use evidence of other crimes wrong or acts. That filing includes allegations from Gerhardtt’s ex wife. Attorney Otake criticized Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Joel Garner saying, quote, this is one of the most irresponsible, unconscionable things I’ve seen a prosecutor do. So according to attorney Otake, Attorney Garner and an investigator spoke with Gerhardtt’s ex wife on January 22nd about what they described as past bad acts. Later that night, Attorney Otake emailed the prosecution expressing concern that they were trying to sway public opinion before the trial. Attorney Garner responded the next day, saying that the state plan to continue submitted require notices about prior acts it believes are relevant. Oahu First Circuit Judge Paul Wong scheduled an emergency conference from Monday, January 26th. But on Friday afternoon before that conference, Attorney Garner filed a third notice anyway, which made the ex wife’s accusations part of the public record. Attorney Otake then filed the emergency motion to seal it over the weekend. Judge Wong temporarily granted that request on Monday and set Thursday’s hearing. I reached out to them and I sent them an email. I said, look, guys, I don’t know if you’re planning to do this, but if you are, it would be highly inappropriate. Why don’t we have a, uh, meet and confer about it? Attorney Otake said, quote, how do they respond? We will continue to file whatever we feel is necessary to be filed. Attorney Otake described the ex wife’s claims as untrue, defamatory, salacious. And extremely inflammatory. Quote, what we’re trying to do here is prevent an improper tainting of the jury pool one month before trials with salacious claims that were never to be part of a public trial to begin with. We’re not trying to do a trial in secret. Dr. Konig wants this trial to be public. He wants to clear his name, Atoni otake, even attached 34 pages of Google search results to his filings to show how much publicity this case has generated. I mean, here we are in love and murder, doing the case. Not only is it on, um, love and murder, there’s also been front page coverage in People magazine and inquiries from ABC’s 20 20, which really is way bigger than love and murder. So, oh, quote, I’ve handled a lot of more high profile cases in this town in the last 15. Never seen anything like this. When you do cases like this that have this level of publicity, it comes with an added layer of responsibility for all of us. Attorney Garner pushed back, saying, quote, the main goal of the state in filing these types of notices is that the defendant has a record of being notified about what evidence the state wants to bring on record when the notification was made, and so that the analysis and the argument regarding that notice can happen. He also challenged the defense’s assumption that the evidence won’t ultimately be admissible. This whole argument is predicated on the assumption that this evidence will not be admissible. What is really happening here is you’re being asked to prejudge this, and that’s completely incorrect on the procedure of how these notices are dealt with. Y’ all don’t understand how many times I had to pause and reread the quotes from the attorneys. They speak. I’m going to say, in my opinion, they speak in riddles. I can’t. Attorney, uh, Garner also disputed the idea that media coverage automatically equals a biased jury. Quote, the defendant is making a presumption that the media will automatically publish this material in an unfair manner. On Thursday, Judge Wong ruled that Gerhardtt does not have the right to keep his ex wife’s court filing a secret. Judge Wang rejected the motion for the most part. However, he did agree to temporarily seal three specific paragraphs, 2A through 2C, which the court describes as containing the most salacious claims. He said he’ll consider whether those sections should stay sealed until after a, uh, jury is selected. In this very open society, it’s hard to pick a jury. Sealed or not sealed. There are always ways for outside information to seep into the jury selection process. Judge Wong acknowledged that protecting Gerhardtt’s right to a fair trial is important, but said sealing records isn’t the solution. The real measure of obtaining a fair and impartial jury for this case is in the court’s mind, despite making it much harder for it, is not sealing, but rigorously vetting potential jurists to screen out those tainted and irregularly biased by pretrial by pretrial publicity. So for now, most of the filing remains public, three paragraphs are temporarily sealed and jury selection is scheduled to begin on March 9th. But as of now, the court has made it clear the public will largely get to see what the ex wife has to say. The bigger question is whether any of it will ultimately make it in front of a jury and whether that jury can truly come in without bias after months of headlines. So now for the psa, as this case is still ongoing. Everything said here is alleged. So what did you think about this case? Do you think that Gerhardtt is innocent like he claims? It’s an article. As you know, the after show is usually an article that I wrote, but I haven’t titled it yet. So the work entitled is which probably is going to get changed Three sisters jumped to their death after their parents took away their phone. Let’s get right into it, as we do with every after show. On February 4, 2026, at around 2:07am, police received a call reporting that three girls had fallen from a building in the okay, so this happened in India. I’m gonna probably say all of these names, city names, people’s names and everything wrong. I do apologize. I’m gonna try my best so they fell from a building at the Bharat City Housing Society in Ghaziabad, India, just outside of New Delhi. By then though, Aaron Singh, a resident living on the 10th floor of an opposite tower, had already made between 10 and 15 calls to emergency services after witnessing what happened from his balcony. Can you imagine? Aaron said now this might be Aaron or Arun, I’m not sure. A r u n he said quote around 2am I was standing on my balcony and I saw the oldest girl sitting on the ledge and she appeared to be rocking back and forth while sitting on the window frame. At first he didn’t even realize that he was looking at children. I couldn’t figure out if it was a man or a woman since I was standing at a distance. I called my wife and said that someone was trying to jump and I should do something. He initially thought that he was witnessing a marital dispute, telling his wife that he believed the husband was trying to jump while his wife tried to stop him. What he was actually seeing was were three sisters, 16 year old Vishka, also identified as Nish, Nishika, 14 year old Prachi and 12 year old Pachi. They were the daughters of Cheetan Kumar who lived in an apartment with who he said were his two wives who were sisters and their children. Two of the girls were daughters of one wife and the third sister was their half sister. In the minutes before the fall, Aaron saw a brief moment where one sister managed to pull back another inside from the railing, but just minutes later that sister climbed back onto the ledge again. As I watched, it appeared that the second sister was hugging the older sister and they were rocking together. Suddenly, the older sister toppled backwards and fell through the window and the second sister came with her. The youngest sister appeared to lunge forward to catch them, but she too fell through the opening. One of them seemed determined to jump while the two others were trying to save them, but all three fell head first. The girls hit protruding extensions of the building on the way down, making loud noises that woke the neighborhood. By the time Chitan and the girl’s mother broke down the bolted balcony door. It was too late. Officials responded to reports of three girls jumping from the balcony at 2:15am and an ambulance did not arrive until approximately 3am M. What was that? Okay, so police came. It took them about 7, 8 minutes and the ambulance took 45 minutes. A rune criticized the delay, saying, quote, in a country where pizzas, burgers and groceries are delivered in 10 minutes, it took an ambulance an hour to arrive. It’s a sad reality. Assistant Commissioner Atul Kumar Singh later said, quote, when we reached the scene, we confirmed that the girls, daughters of Chetan Kumar had died after jumping from the building. During the pandemic, the three sisters had started developing what police described as an extreme addiction to cell phones. Their obsession centered on Korean culture, including K pop movies and television series. Over time, it became so consuming that they reportedly took on Korean names and lived in what was described as a parallel Korean universe online. As sisters, their bond was very close. They reportedly did everything together, including eating and bathing. As their digital immersion deepened, their connection to the outside world shrank. Before stopping school entirely in 2024, they had already become irregular in their attendance. So basically they were missing a lot of days. Two years before the tragedy, they had stopped attending school altogether and spent almost all of their time at home together. Now, maybe it’s, uh, different places because this is in India. I’m in the US but how could you just stop attending school? Like, don’t the parents force them to go to school? Or doesn’t the school call somebody? I don’t know, because like I said, I’m in the US I’m just asking a question, not judging, because I don’t know. According to investigators, there were also reports of financial pressures and other emotional issues within the household. In late January and early February 2026, tensions escalated. Cheetahn began taking what he saw as drastic measures to curb their digital addiction. He reportedly deleted the sister’s YouTube channel and sold one of their cell phones. Police later recovered the Sol phone as part of their investigation. Deputy Commissioner Nimesh Patel, who huh, had joined in leading the investigation, said, quote, for the past few days, they have been denied access to a mobile phone, a restriction that appeared to have affected them. After the tragedy, police found an eight page suicide note written in a pocket diary. It included a hand drawn crying emoji. One page read, quote, okay, so this is in their language. So it’s like is diary and then their language. So the translation of that was read everything written in this diary. Because all of it is true. Read now. I’m really, really sorry. Sorry, papa. So that’s what it meant. Another part of the note stated, quote, korea is our life. Korea is our biggest love. Whatever you say, we cannot give it up, so we are killing ourselves. You tried to distance us from Koreans, but now you know how much we love Koreans. I mean, literally, you could have just, uh. Never mind. I was going to say, literally, you could have just grown up, go to Korea and, you know, be around Koreans. But again, different culture. I know a little bit about Indian culture is so little, I’m not even going to mention it up here. So that’s what I was going to say, but I don’t think that would have been possible based on the bit of Indian culture that I know. On the bedroom walls, investigators found writings that read, quote, I’m very, very alone and make me a heart of broken. Police initially considered whether the sisters might have been influenced by a specific Korean game involving tasks, but no specific game name was confirmed. Deputy Commissioner Patel clarified, quote, the investigation so far has not revealed any specific game name, but it is clear that the girls were influenced by Korean. Chitan spoke to the media after the tragedy, visibly devastated. He said, quote, this should not happen to any parent or child. I was not aware of the game or I would have never let them play it. He added that the girls, quote, often said they wanted to go to Korea. Police treated the case as a triple suicide triggered by emotional distress and addiction. Well, based on the witness, it wasn’t a triple suicide. It was one suicide and two sisters trying to prevent a suicide. The case drew national attention in India. Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma publicly reacted, sparking debate about social media bans for minors. That I completely agree with. Like, why is a 13 year old on social media saying, get ready with me to go to middle school? Like, are you serious right now? Why is a 9 year old watching skincare routine going to, uh, ulta buying like retinol and all this stuff that they don’t need and then like, get ready with me to go to bed or just, you know, following. I don’t understand why minors are on social media. There should be a ban on social media for minors, like 100%. And no, I’m not speaking out my butt m. My daughter was not allowed on social media when she did get as social media. I’m not going to say what platform she was on, but when she did get it, it was me watching her and she wasn’t allowed to put pictures, her face, her name, nothing. It was just an anonymous one for her to put certain things on there, which was like her drawings and stuff like this and be able to talk to her friends at school. Literally, that’s it. And I was able to see it. So this whole five year old having social media and it’s just, it’s just weird to me. I don’t know. I grew up in a different time. Yeah, I know I sound like, get off my lawn, kids. I get it. But, you know, back in my day. Arun’s, uh, criticism of emergency services also fueled public discussion, Especially his comment about the sad reality that while food deliveries can arrive in minutes, emergency medical help took an hour. And that is the after show of three girls who ended up dying because of a phone addiction. Well, really 1 and 2 trying to save their sister. What do y’ all think about this after show?
